We at KidCare, have always given the utmost importance to your health and well-being. We are writing to give you an update on our response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
In these unique circumstances, we continue to exercise rigorous disinfecting and cleaning practices and we now have taken special measures to safeguard our patients, their parents and our staff.
Dr. Majdalani and his medical team have always methodically washed and disinfected their hands in between patients and also at stages during a consultation after examination.
We would like to remind you that we thoroughly and regularly disinfect door handles, the reception area, waiting areas and examination rooms in between patients and several times a day. Credit card machines and stationery are also being disinfected after every use. In fact, anything that you touch, will be disinfected.
For our community and the safety of our staff, we are kindly asking that patients be accompanied by only ONE healthy caregiver/parent. This will minimize the number of people sitting in our waiting areas. We are also doing our best to create a sufficient gap between patients and each consultation to minimize contact between patients in our waiting rooms.
We are vigilantly protecting you, your family and our staff by screening patients with flu-like symptoms.
